Healing Ginger Tea

Many don't know this ...but Ginger has natural Anti-inflammatory properties when used properly and is good for many Ailments such as joint pain i.e Arthritis(My Mom swears by it!), Pms, its also great for Digestion, Bloating, Air Sickness, Headaches, Flu and many many others!

Ginger is good for your heart as well. Among its other benefits, it seems to have a blood-thinning effect. In a study conducted in India, powdered ginger significantly reduced the clumping of blood platelets in people with coronary artery disease.

How to make Healing Ginger Tea

Bring 2 cups water to boil, add 1/2 tsp fresh ginger root and let simmer for 5 minutes..once done add 1 cup milk and bring to boil. Take off heat and add 1tsp honey.

Enjoy! Sip slowly to get full benefits of the ginger.

  1. I absolutely love ginger tea. It is also great for nausea.

    Grating it instead of slicing it seems to bring out the flavor.
